Diapers Oh My!

Diapers Oh My! For those of you who have kids, you know the expense of diapers, wipes, etc… Well Christine and I are feeling the diaper pain! We found a pretty good deal on ordering diapers and other baby products that are less expensive than Target and Walmart. And, living in New York, they deliver right to our door. The company is 1800diapers.com. They have a referral program where you get $2 off your first order and whoever you were referred to gets $1 off each order you make from then on. If you are interested in signing up, just use Referral code CHNA2221. To sign up just go to www.1800diapers.com and input referral code CHNA2221 Good luck with the baby costs!

Granny Sue bought Lauren a 'tummy time' marine surf board. She is obviously doing more snoozing than surfing...

Getting bigger!

I will be 8 weeks-old tomorrow!!
(a quick update: Christine returned to work last Tuesday, and Neal is doing an amazing job at being Mr. Mom!! It is kinda tough being away from Lauren during the day, but we try and catch up on our quality time in the evenings. Lauren is doing great and is sleeping 5-6 hours straight at night!
She is also smiling more and more and has found her fingers.
We are looking forward to Granny Sue and Pappy's visit next week!)

Mr. Mom Era Begins

Hello all. The Mr. Mom Era began today. (I guess you can’t really call it an era since it will only be for two weeks…) Christine went back to work today after 7 weeks off to love our little baby. Lauren treated her to a great going away gift by “social smiling for the first time ever this morning. It was a wonderful treat for Christine and made the parting just a little bit easier. If you are wondering the difference between a “social smile” and any old smile< it is due to being able to recognize human faces versus just smiling because you just passed gas! Although gas passing can be fun< for a parent< it is much better to have your baby smile at you because you are you versus them thinking of you as gas passing. Lauren , Dad and Sadie are all doing well this morning and Mommy only called twice before 10am to check on us! I’ll continue to try and keep you posted during the “era” but it may be difficult since Lauren won’t let me stop holding her. It’s tough typing with one hand! Keep it Sexy Neal
