We are moving!!
This is our new apartment! We are moving March 1st, to Prospect Lefferts Gardens (near Prospect Park). We are very excited. The apartment is located in a pre-war building, built in the 1930s. It is a block away from the childeren's carousel, ice skating rink, dog park, Brooklyn zoo, and botanical gardens. Lauren (and Sadie) will be able to play right across the street! We are looking forward to having a little more space and a lot less noise. The trade offs: an additional 15 minute commute, in a neighborhood with less ammenties (i.e. no more thai take-out).

Blog Technical Difficulties
We are experiencing technical difficulties with posting pictures directly from Picasa. Please be patient! I don't really think Blogger should have come out of Beta yet until everything that Google owns was fully integrated, but that is just my opinion.

Tampa 2007
Lauren flew to Tampa, Florida to spend a whole week with two of the three sets of Grandparents. Nanna Carol and Grandpa Mark hosted Pappy and Granny Sue who flew from South Dakota to care for Lauren. Christine and I have amazing Grandparents! We were able to jet off to Jamaica for a week of fun in the sun. We thoroughly enjoyed our time to be together, but ended up getting too home sick for Lauren and flew home a day early.

Pappy and Grandpa Mark are decked out to hit the golf course. The weather wasn't the greatest during the
week, but it sure was better than the weather in South Dakota! Brrrrr!
Granny Sue, Lauren, and Sadie hanging out. As you can see by Sadie's tongue sticking out, she is completely obsessed by that green ball! The grandparents had to actually hide the ball because Sadie kept bringing it back for them to throw NON STOP!!!
Granny Carol bought a walker for Lauren. She LOVED it! At the beginning of the week, she didn't know quite what to do when she was in it, but by the end of the week she was zooming around the entire house! She learned to follow everyone as they went from the Living room to the kitchen and down the hall ways. She's going to be a great little driver!
